How to use

  1. Position one magnetic piece on each facing curtain edge.
  2. Press the pin backs through the fabric and secure them.

Please note: Pins pierce the fabric and may leave small marks. Remove before washing or dry cleaning. This accessory helps reduce the center light gap but does not create a completely light-proof seal.

How to measure for custom curtains

Use a metal tape measure and record every measurement in inches.

Measure the total track or rod width

Measure the complete usable hanging width, not the glass or window-frame width.

TOTAL TRACK / ROD WIDTH
Curtain trackMeasure from the far left end of the usable track to the far right end.
Curtain rodMeasure the usable rod span between the inside edges of the finials.

Do not add fullness. Our calculator automatically applies 2.5× fullness up to 200 cm (78.74 in) and 2.3× above 200 cm.

Measure the Measurement Height

Measure vertically from the curtain hanging point to your desired bottom hem.

FINISHED HEIGHT

Enter the Measurement Height from the hanging point all the way to the floor, not the window-opening height. Do not add or subtract anything; we automatically adjust the Production Height for your selected Floor Finish. Direct-order Production Height range: 20-107.5 in. Taller sizes require manual review.
