    Yardage & Price Calculation

    • Track/rod width below 54 in: width in yards × 2.5 fullness + 18 in (0.5 yd) finishing allowance.
    • Track/rod width of 54 in or more: width in yards × 2.0 fullness + 18 in (0.5 yd) finishing allowance.
    • The same calculation applies to one panel and two panels.
    • Required yardage is always rounded up to the nearest 0.1 yd.
    • Minimum order: 3.0 yd.
    • Final price = required yardage × $74.99.

Custom-Made Notice: Finished dimensions may vary by ±0.5 in. Light-blocking performance may vary by color, window orientation, installation method, and ambient lighting. Approximately 95% light blocking is not a guarantee of complete blackout.

    MEASURE TWICE, ORDER ONCE

How to measure for custom curtains

Use a metal tape measure and record every measurement in inches.
    1

Measure the total track or rod width

Measure the complete usable hanging width—not the glass or window-frame width.

    TOTAL TRACK / ROD WIDTH
Curtain trackMeasure from the far left end of the usable track to the far right end.
Curtain rodMeasure the usable rod span between the inside edges of the finials.

Do not add fullness. Our calculator automatically applies 2.5× fullness below 54 in and 2.0× at 54 in or wider.

    2

    Measure the finished curtain height

Measure vertically from the curtain hanging point to your desired bottom hem.

    FINISHED HEIGHT

Enter the finished curtain height, not the window height. Standard ordering range: 20–126 in.

    3

    Choose the bottom position

Decide how you want the curtain to meet the floor before recording the height.

FloatAbout 0.5 in above the floor
    KissLightly touches the floor
PuddleAdd 2–4 in for a soft pool

    Before you submit your measurements

    • Measure twice and use the smaller confirmed measurement if readings differ.
    • Enter the total track/rod width—do not divide it for two panels.
    • Do not add fullness or the 18 in finishing allowance yourself.
    • Use inches only. Finished-size tolerance is less than 1 inch.
Measure vertically from the curtain hanging point below the track to the desired bottom hem How to measure finished height Measure vertically from the curtain hanging point—at the bottom of the track or hook position—to your desired bottom hem. For floor-length curtains, measure to the floor. Subtract about 0.5 in if you prefer slight floor clearance. Enter the finished curtain height, not the window height.
in Enter 20–126 inches. Taller sizes require a custom quote.
    Panel configuration
The yardage formula is the same for one or two panels.
    Header Style
Choose a header image. Your selection is saved with the order.
    Heat Setting
Select Yes to add $10.00 for each billable fabric yard.
