3. Custom-Made Product Notice

The customer is responsible for providing accurate installation measurements according to the Xpro Home measuring guide. Xpro Home uses those measurements, together with the selected Header Style, Panel Configuration, fullness, and Floor Finish, to determine production specifications.

Customer inputs include Track/Rod Width, Measurement Height, Mounting Type, Header Style, Panel Configuration (Single Panel or Pair), Floor Finish, Fabric, Color, Heat-Setting Preference, and Custom Set Quantity. Customers do not need to calculate finished curtain width, panel construction, or fabric yardage.

Measurement guides are general guidance because installation conditions and hardware vary. Customers should consult a qualified installer when uncertain about measurement, mounting, or suitability.

4. Product Information and Natural Variation

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, prices, dimensions, availability, and production estimates accurate. Product colors and textures may vary because of screens, lighting, photography, weave, natural material characteristics, or dye lots. Sheer, Light Filtering, Room Darkening, and Blackout describe general performance; actual results depend on fabric, color, lining, installation, light gaps, and room conditions.

5. Manufacturing Tolerances

Textile products may expand, contract, or settle during cutting, sewing, steaming, packaging, transportation, and installation. Reasonable tolerances disclosed on a product page, measuring guide, or order confirmation are not manufacturing defects.
