These Terms govern your use of xprohomeshop.com, operated by Haining Chang'an Town Xiehong Textile Factory doing business as Xpro Home. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping & Delivery, and Returns, Refunds & Remakes policies.

1. Products and Availability

We sell custom-made curtains, sheers, fabric samples, accessories, and related products. Options, availability, and specifications may change. We may correct errors or cancel an affected order where permitted by law.

2. Custom Measurements and Specifications

The customer is responsible for providing accurate installation measurements according to the Xpro Home measuring guide. Customer inputs include Track/Rod Width, Measurement Height, Mounting Type, Header Style, Panel Configuration (Single Panel or Pair), Floor Finish, Fabric, Color, Heat-Setting Preference, and Custom Set Quantity.

Xpro Home uses those measurements and selections to determine finished curtain width, fullness, fabric yardage, panel construction, and other production specifications. Customers do not need to calculate finished-product dimensions or fabric yardage.

Measurement guidance is educational because installation conditions and hardware vary. Customers should use a qualified installer when uncertain.

3. Pricing, Quantity, Taxes, Duties, and Shipping

Customer-facing prices are stated in USD and may use calculated fabric yardage as the pricing basis. Cart quantity represents complete Custom Sets, not yards or individual panels. Product prices include the selected fabric, custom fabrication, standard hooks where required, quality inspection, standard packaging, and applicable import duties arranged by Xpro Home. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown separately before payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

Order receipt does not necessarily mean acceptance for production. We may review incomplete, inconsistent, unsupported, unavailable, erroneous, or suspected fraudulent orders. Payment must use a method offered at checkout. If we cancel an accepted paid order before supply, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible. A request is accepted only after written confirmation. Once fabric is cut, materials are specially ordered, production begins, or the order ships, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

6. Production, Delivery, and Claims

Production and transit times are separate estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates unless confirmed in writing. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and respond to carrier requests. Report damage, missing items, incorrect products, or significant manufacturing issues within 7 calendar days of delivery with the evidence required by our Returns, Refunds & Remakes Policy.

7. Custom-Product Returns

Custom products are generally final sale and are not normally returnable for change of mind, customer measurement error, incorrect customer selection, normal color or fabric variation, normal packaging wrinkles, or post-delivery alteration or damage. This does not limit remedies required for our error, a materially incorrect product, a significant defect, qualifying shipping damage, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Installation and Care

Unless expressly included, installation, rods, tracks, brackets, anchors, and special hardware are not included. Customers are responsible for suitable mounting conditions, safe installation, appropriate hardware, and following product care instructions.

9. Website Content and Acceptable Use

Site content is owned by or licensed to Haining Chang'an Town Xiehong Textile Factory. It may not be copied, scraped, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without permission. The site may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorized access, impersonation, or infringement.

10. Privacy and Third Parties

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and Haining Chang'an Town Xiehong Textile Factory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from customer measurement error, improper installation, unsuitable hardware, unauthorized alteration, misuse, or third-party services. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
